Frozen condensate pipe advice.

Ok it looks like winter is here with a vengeance, this is the time that your boiler condense pipes are going to freeze solid causing your boiler to stop working, if this happens to you, check the plastic pipe that comes from the bottom of your boiler and runs externally usually to a drain or waste pipe, pouring warm water, not boiling! Over this pipe will usually defrost it causing the the blocked water to run freely away and allowing your boiler to work correctly.
